About us:
We collaborate with dairy industry professionals to help them create effective brand building campaigns that bring increased visibility to their businesses. Our approach involves forming trusting relationships with clients allowing them to communicate the vision of their brand. We actively engage in dialogue with them to determine their backgrounds, values, interests and preferences. This allows us to offer solutions that address our clients' distinct requirements. We ask questions and advise clients according to their unique branding scenarios using a consultative selling strategy. In essence, we are an advisor to the client, helping them solve their branding challenges. As the Director of Sales you will lead the ZISK team in connecting and empowering dairy industry companies!

• Director of Digital Marketing
Additional responsibilities:
• Lead the team in trade show campaigns: World Dairy Expo, Central Plains Dairy Expo, World Ag Expo
• Build relationships with companies working in the dairy industry
• Build and maintain our current client base through renewed, increased and new business opportunities
• Explain Digital Advertising concepts to clients and the benefits of mobile advertising
• Demonstrate and present a proven successful presentation, approach and solutions package to prospective clients
• Work in a virtual environment with the benefits of a collaborative team at your fingertips
Who we are looking for:
• 1-2 years of successful sales, marketing, or advertising experience
• Strong understanding of the Digital space – high online engagement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
• Comfortable using online meeting tools like Zoom, Skype and GoToMeeting
• High energy and positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and highly motivated to win
• Self-Starter and can work independently
• Time-management and organizational skills are a must
