CME CASH DAIRY MARKETS MOSTLY HIGHER MONDAY

Cash dairy prices were higher Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange except for nonfat dry milk.


Dry whey was up $0.0050 closing at $0.42. No sales were recorded,


Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.08 at $1.89. One sale was recorded at that price.

Cheese barrels were up $0.02 at $1.96. Two sales were recorded at $1.95 and $1.96.


The butter price was up again, closing three cents higher at $3.12. There were two sales recorded at $3.10 and $3.12.
